Based in Kansas City with team members across the U.S., we've been working at the intersection of product strategy, design, and engineering since 2009.
Crema's work falls into three areas: Strategy, Experience, and Practice. Product strategy focuses teams on decisions that strengthen their advantage in the market. Product experience is designing and building technology that amplifies an organization's capability. Product practice strengthens the foundations of a product organization to work at the highest level possible. Most engagements touch more than one pillar.
