Courtney, with Crema since 2017, is a seasoned product team leader specializing in remote work with cross-functional agile teams. She brings over a decade of experience to her role, focusing on technical discovery and product strategy. Courtney is experienced in automated testing, manual testing, and managing testing teams, and has delivered countless well-tested software solutions throughout her career thus far. She has contributed to noteworthy projects for clients such as The Kauffman Foundation, Lockton, Beazley, and JE Dunn. Her expertise lies in risk management, with comprehensive knowledge of process standards and regulations across software, security, and finance. Courtney excels at hypothesis testing and pivoting strategies based on new information, thriving in environments where product maturity happens rapidly. Additionally, she is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation and keeps time available for volunteering mentorship, kinship, and job coaching to other indigenous people in tech.
